APPLICATION PROCEDURE     

                                                                        

The client prepares the test request form. 

Technical details and preferences are indicated on the request form. Technical drawings and details are expected to be sent in the form annex.

Click for Experiment Request Form. Fill the first page of the form in word format and send it to the Laboratory Chief (m.yildiz@bogazici.edu.tr) without approval.
Laboratory evaluates demand, and communicates with customers.
The laboratory sends the terms of service and offer form to the customer.
The customer approves the terms of service and the offer form and sends them to the laboratory.

The customer should pay the test fee to the revolving fund account specified in the contract and send the receipt to the laboratory via e-mail or fax.
